Job summary

City of Loveland's Chilson Recreation Center is seeking a part-time supervisor and staff assistant to support customer service and staff. Hours vary by program with evening and weekend shifts. Salary ranges from $17.33 to $23.40 per hour, depending on experience. This is a non-benefitted position working under 20 hours per week.

Position remains open until filled. Requires High School diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• 1 year experience in front-line customer service and supervisory or lead duties.
• Must be 18 years of age at time of hire.
• CPR certification required or must obtain within 60 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Chilson image and ensure a quality visit.
• Provide quality customer service as a key front-line staff member.
• Resolve administrative concerns.
• Apply policies and procedures through positive interaction.
• Complete routine observations.
• Provide back-up, front-line support to staff.
• Work with a team to provide a safe environment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor special events.
