Job summary

City of Loveland's Chilson Recreation Center is seeking a part-time supervisor to act as a customer service representative and staff support assistant. The days and hours will vary with each program, and shifts include evenings and weekends.

This position is less than 20 hours per week and non-benefitted. Applicants must have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of frontline customer service and supervisory experience, and CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year frontline customer service and supervisory/lead duties.
• CPR certification required or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Chilson image and ensure a quality visit.
• Provide quality customer service as a frontline staff member.
• Resolve administrative concerns.
