Job summary

Beitzel Corporation is seeking a part-time Maintenance Worker / Snow Removal to support Beitzel Corporation and Pillar Innovations' properties in Grantsville and Bittinger, MD. The role covers indoor/outdoor facility upkeep, housekeeping, and snow removal with typical hours 10 AM to 6:30 PM and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with general facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Must possess and demonstrate knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC/R.
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring basic facilities such as water, lighting, and heating/AC are maintained with safety protocols.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures (toilet, faucet, water heater, etc.).
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems promptly.
• Coordinate seasonal window cleaning, lawn and parking lot care, snow removal, and workspace setup.
• Manage general maintenance of the Fabrication Facility.
