The Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies in Millbrook, NY is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Coordinator to support safety and operations across buildings and grounds. This role covers alternating weekends 8am-8pm, with responsibilities including security rounds, responding to campus calls, and completing shift reports.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid driver’s license and a NYS Security License, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the security of buildings, grounds, entrances and other facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and security rounds to identify safety, security, maintenance, or access issues.
• Monitor and respond to building fire alarms.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
