Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance staff member to support programs and operations with repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day facility needs. This 18-hour-per-week role offers 3–5 days, typically 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays.

Starting pay is $21.12 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential for evening hours Fri-Sun. Paid training and development opportunities are provided, and eligible employees receive a free individual Kroc

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s license with clearance to drive.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facilities, buildings, and equipment.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused support to internal and external customers.
• Read and interpret work orders and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance as needed.
