Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain a clean, welcoming facility and support daily operations through housekeeping, event support, and teamwork.

The role is up to 18 hours per week, pays $14.86 per hour, and includes evening shifts with rotating Saturdays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for housekeeping activities to ensure a clean, healthy environment for employees and guests; utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain restrooms and common areas; ensure supplies and soap dispensers are stocked.
• Respond promptly to facility requests; support teammates with needs and tasks.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate proper storage or notification of the appropriate contact.
• Assist other facilities crew with light maintenance or event setup/teardown.
