Job summary

Responsibilities

Maintaining all aspects of the building (interior and exterior) by performing minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting, wall repair, carpentry and masonry.
Knowledge of fire codes / safety and reporting hazards to supervisor.
Move furniture when necessary and respond to work orders promptly with good customer service.
Install, build, and assemble Program equipment; perform light plumbing tasks and drain clearing as needed.
Shovel sidewalks of ice/snow and attend in-service trainings as scheduled.
Must follow verbal and written instructions and participate in trainings; interact appropriately with individuals we serve.
Troubleshoot and make routine repairs in painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing.
