Job summary

Kimball Electronics is seeking a part-time Maintenance Specialist for the World Headquarters in Jasper, Indiana. You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, supporting the Safety, Environmental, and Facilities team.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and comfortable coordinating with contractors. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred, and a flexible, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Some use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Handle snow removal, yard work, and landscaping.
• Assist with basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
• Paint and perform light construction and general maintenance.
• Support procurement of supplies through the SEF Manager.
