Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform a variety of cleaning duties across building interiors. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking restrooms, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain high energy and organization in a team setting. This role may involve outdoor access and building entrances, with compensation at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Wash windowsills and glass in interior doors and windows; dust and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Restock bathroom supplies and monitor for restroom issues.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as needed.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards and report equipment issues.
