Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a diligent Cleaner to perform a range of custodial duties under supervision. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, and maintaining restroom supplies.

The role requires the ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and contribute to a clean, safe building environment. Company offers competitive pay and benefits; starting wage is stated at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail necessary to deliver excellent service.
• Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Must maintain organization and high energy levels while performing custodial duties.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as needed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as required.
• Wash windowsills, glass, and interior/exterior surfaces daily.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies.
• Report facility defects (clogged urinals, lights) to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners.
