Job summary

The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Philadelphia is seeking an Environmental Services Associate to manage day-to-day cleaning and upkeep in accordance with safety standards. This part-time role (up to 29 hours weekly) reports to the Facilities Supervisor and requires weekend/evening availability.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of cleaning experience, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least one year of professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily hands-on cleaning and facility upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with Facilities Supervisor/Manager to maintain clean, safe spaces.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support center operations during weekends/evenings as required.
