Job summary

Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority seeks a Part-time Janitor at Summit Lake to maintain cleanliness across facilities and properties. You will perform cleaning, light maintenance, and grounds-keeping under the supervision of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of agency facilities by performing manual cleaning tasks.
• Performs minor maintenance duties (replacing bulbs, repairing screens, moving furniture).
• Performs routine grounds-keeping (mowing, weed control, painting lines, snow removal).
• Receives and completes work orders and records time worked.
