The Center for Human Services is seeking a part-time Custodian in Sedalia, MO to maintain healthful, clean, and safe facilities. You will perform daily cleaning, floor care, and routine equipment operation, while following safety regulations and CHS policies.

The role includes documentation, inventory management, and supporting a collaborative workplace. Ideal candidates have basic cleaning material knowledge, are able to obtain a TB assessment, and can provide valid vehicle insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
• TB assessment is required prior to hire.
• Must obtain and/or provide proof of driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.

Aufgaben

• Cleans sinks, toilets, mirrors, refills dispensers and stocks supplies daily.
• Sanitizes all surfaces daily and cleans glass doors/windows as needed.
• Collects and disposes of trash; dusts public areas and lobbies weekly.
• Maintains floors with buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and mops daily.
• Documents housekeeping functions via checklists and coordinates repair orders.
• Adheres to CHS safety policies and conducts building inspections to ensure security.
