Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a full-time Custodial/Maintenance worker to perform housekeeping, custodial, and related duties across Southern District facilities, including CMHHIP, PRC, and DOC sites.

The role requires in-person work at assigned locations, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and the ability to transport between sites using state vehicles. Join a team supporting critical public services.

Qualifications

• Three months of cleaning experience required.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Ability to lift and move equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cleaning, sanitizing, and servicing of assigned areas.
• Drives State vehicles between agencies to provide services.
• Performs weekly project work including hard floor and carpet care.
• Moves furniture and equipment as needed for cleaning projects.
• Cleans and services equipment and maintains janitorial closet.
• Other duties as assigned.
