Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork and wash walls and windows.
• Transport trash to disposal area and replenish bathroom supplies.
• Set up tables and chairs for events.
• Cut and trim grass; shovel snow.
