Job summary

The Quoin Hotel Wilmington is seeking a Part-Time Runner to support the Food & Beverage team, assisting with daily dining room setup and guest requests.

You will be on your feet, assist with delivering orders and maintaining service areas, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is not required, but a positive, proactive attitude is essential for success at this growing hotel company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
• Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Monitor and maintain table settings by replenishing drinks and utensils and attending to guest requests.
• Support and collaborate with service staff by delivering food, restocking condiments, and organizing stations.
