Job summary

Quoin Hotel in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Steward to support the Food & Beverage team. You’ll stay active on your feet, washing and sorting dishes, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

Previous F&B experience is not required; high-school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be comfortable with lifting and standing for extended periods, and be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior food and beverage experience is required.
• Must be able to think quickly and stay on feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash dirty dishes and utensils.
• Replace washed dishes and utensils in storage areas.
• Keep the restaurant area sanitary by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables.
