Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven top sales performance and strong communication with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency with computers and cash register operation.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
• Execute customer service initiatives and store policies.
• Assist with processing and restocking merchandise; monitor inventory.
• Support floor merchandising, display upkeep, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organize warehouse labeling and placement.
• Lead opening/closing procedures when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
