Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a part-time specialized advisor/sales manager for our Orlando store. You will motivate the team, engage customers, and drive sales while upholding premium service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include at least one year of specialty retail, bilingual ability, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; lifting up to 40 lbs may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product updates.
• Build connections with customers to ensure positive interactions.
• Uphold and execute all customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring store inventory.
• Manage floor movement, merchandising, and cleanliness of floor and warehouse.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
