Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear retail. You will help patients select frames, measure and coordinate with optical staff, and leverage sales skills to meet store targets.

The role emphasizes providing accurate information, embracing new technology, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while building relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic tech skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology and perform with accuracy.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work toward targets.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
