Job summary

LensCrafters in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create exceptional eyewear experiences for every customer. You will help customers select frames, use optical measurements with guidance from an Optician, and uphold a welcoming store environment while meeting sales goals.

Prior retail or customer service experience and strong communication are valued. This role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, and embracing new technology in POS devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math skills.
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives by building customer relationships.
• Use prescription information to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist in frame selection and coordinate measurements with optical staff.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain clean, attractive displays and organized inventory.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful store environment.
