Mass General Brigham Express Care RN in Danvers, MA is seeking a part-time, 20-hour Registered Nurse to join the Express Care team at 104 Endicott Street. Requires every-other-weekend rotation; one 12-hour weekday shift preferred; potential to split into two 6-hour shifts. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Massachusetts required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in urgent care/ED/ambulatory settings preferred.
• Experience with blood draws and IV placement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with high standards of nursing practice and safety.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and support outpatient procedures.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and obtain blood samples.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR and follow infection prevention protocols.
