Job summary

Mass General Brigham Express Care in Danvers, MA is seeking a part-time RN to join our Express Care team located at 104 Endicott Street, Danvers, MA 01923. The role requires a 20-hour workweek with an every-other-weekend rotation, and a preference for a single 12-hour weekday shift each week.

The Registered Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient setting, supports patient evaluation, education, and follow-up, and ensures a safe, efficient care environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required; BLS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in urgent care, ED or ambulatory/outpatient settings preferred; blood draws and IV placement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Assess patients, develop care plans, and support outpatient procedures.
• Assist providers with clinical procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up.
• Document accurately in the EMR and coordinate care with the care team.
