Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, Delaware is seeking a Part Time Experience Guide to welcome guests, lead tours, and deliver a memorable DFH experience. You’ll bartend, check IDs, answer questions, and support shop and kitchen coverage as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and accurate storytelling about the DFH brand, brewing process, and local locations. Evening and weekend hours may apply, compensation starts at $8.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to guide tours with accuracy and passion.
• Excellent bartending skills and knowledge of drinks.
• Ability to operate cash registers/POS.
• Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and share the DFH story with accuracy.
• Host/greeter duties, ID checks, booking tours, tastings, inquiries.
• Bartend: pours, education, operate POS, fill growlers, keg changes.
• Maintain shop and kitchen coverage as needed.
• Explain DFH culture, brewing process, ingredients, and processes.
• Follow safety and sanitation programs and complete checklists.
• Maintain ABC server training certification.
• Provide support to Tour Team and maintain clean spaces.
