Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent in Austin, TX. This part-time role offers growth with potential to move to full-time as opportunities arise.

You will provide executive protection, respond to threats, and coordinate with field teams to safeguard personnel, property, and information. Ideal candidates have EP/ERT/PSD experience, possess TX licenses and security certifications, and demonstrate discretion, composure under pressure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive protection or related security teams.
• Background in emergency response or corporate security.
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy.
• Guard Card & Firearm Permit held and active.
• TX Level III and IV licenses held and current.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and presence for executives and staff.
• Act as first responder to security threats within the client's office suite.
• Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure and access control systems.
• Produce detailed incident reports and communicate with GSPS leadership.
• Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs and secure transport.
• Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas.
• Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies to protect executives and staff.
• Conduct area sweeps and live surveillance monitoring.
• Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management for seamless operations.

Your Mission

As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

Experience

• Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).

Certifications & Credentials

• Valid Guard Card & Firearm Permit (concealed and/or exposed)
• TX Level III and IV licenses
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License
• American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Completion of Residential Security or Executive Protection Academy
• Background Investigation & Drug Screening
• Passing a pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT)

Skills & Attributes

Preferred Qualifications
