Crisis24 – PSG is seeking a driven security professional for part-time executive protection duties in the Chicago area. You will manage protective operations, maintain a visible presence, and respond to threats with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring EP/ERT/PSD/RST experience, required credentials, and a commitment to elite service. This role offers part-time hours, a daytime CT schedule, and opportunities for advanced training in security operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive protection, emergency response, PSD or residential security.
• Active PERC and FOID cards required
• U.S. Passport and Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
• Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet-and-Greet evaluation
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
• American Heart Association BLS Provider or CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible security presence for execs and staff while delivering excellent customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor locks, cameras, access control to ensure integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely security incident reports and notify GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations and walkthroughs.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce access, photography, and restricted-area policies professionally.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS procedures during emergencies, prioritizing safety.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance.
• Team Integration: Coordinate with visiting teams and facilities management.

Position Type:

Part-Time, 8-4pm CT coverage as needed, M-F

Compensation:

$38/hr

Your Mission

Responsibilities

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).
• Certifications & Credentials:
  • Active PERC and FOID cards required
  • U.S. Passport & Driver’s License

  • Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience

• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
