Job summary

Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) seeks a dedicated Support Officer to safeguard executives, staff, and assets. You will lead protective presence, respond to threats, and oversee security systems within client environments.

Demonstrated experience in executive protection or related security fields, plus certifications, are highly valued. This role emphasizes discretion, analytical thinking, and teamwork across security teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive protection, emergency response teams (ERT), protective security detail (PSD), or residential security teams (RST).

Responsibilities

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, with excellent customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, and access control systems.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and communicate with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs and secure transportation.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management for seamless operations.

YOUR MISSION

As a Support Officer, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.


• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.


• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST)

Certifications & Credentials

• California Emergency Medical Technician License and National Registration


• Valid PERC card; this is an unarmed position


• American Heart Association BLS ProviderORHeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification


• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License


• High School Diploma or GED


• Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)


• Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)


• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience


• CA CCW, Exposed Firearm Permit, LEOSA/HR 218 permit or CCW valid for all 50 states


• Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response


• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy


• Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
