Marquette University invites applications for the position of Executive in Residence and Instructor of Practice - MHR -Executive Education (Part-Time) Fall 2026. The role provides leadership to the Executive Education & Professional Development team, draws on industry experience, and helps scale operations.

Selected candidate will advise on program planning, improve processes, and coach the team to deliver high-quality executive education with a flexible 15-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree preferred or substantial progress toward the terminal degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical leadership and operations guidance to strengthen and scale the Executive Education & Professional Development team’s operating model and processes.
• Advise on the planning and execution of executive education programs, helping the team identify and resolve business, operational, and delivery challenges.
• Apply significant industry experience to support program development and ensure offerings address relevant business and organizational needs.
• Coach and serve as a resource to the Executive Education team on strategy, process improvement, project execution, and organizational effectiveness.
• Help identify opportunities to improve program quality, efficiency, scalability, and the overall client and participant experience.

Education
