Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years nonprofit management or fundraising experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Network for Good) and event platforms (GiveSmart).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in remote setting and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Bucks County community is a plus.
• Knowledge of GiveSmart or donor CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute development strategy to increase funds year over year.
• Oversee fundraising events like Golf Gala and annual appeal.
• Manage communications and donor relations with major donors and sponsors.
• Lead digital infrastructure and data management for CRM and donation tools.
• Coordinate grant submissions, contracts, and reporting.
• Prepare grant contracts and disbursements.
• Maintain budget with board treasurer and ensure compliance.
