Job summary

MAGIC Charities Foundation seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a part-time, hybrid role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related area.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Network for Good) and event management platforms (e.g., GiveSmart).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a development strategy designed to achieve year-over-year fundraising growth.
• Oversee and execute fundraising events, including the Annual Golf Gala and annual appeal.
• Oversee a Media and Events Consultant and coordinate logistics for Golf Gala events.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.
• Develop and distribute communications, such as newsletters and donor acknowledgements.
• Create media and PR opportunities to raise awareness of MAGIC brand.
