Job summary

Truman College in Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Testing Specialist to assist with the administration of large scale, nationally standardized testing programs and secure exam environments. • Proficient in word processing and basic office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear the Exam Room.
• Complete documentation related to the exam, including tally of examinees.
• Inspect admittance documents and ID to admit only authorized persons.
• Instruct and monitor examinees to ensure compliance with rules and prevent dishonesty.
• Ensure security of confidential exam materials and booklets during the exam.
• Clarify test instructions for candidates.
• Collect test materials and enter results in SPAS if necessary.
