Responsibilities

• Comply and enforce all testing procedures, practices and policies.
• Ensure FERPA compliance and protect student information.
• Resolve testing issues that may arise during exams.
• Perform administrative tasks related to test center operations.
• Minimal housekeeping duties such as sanitizing earmuffs and cleaning white boards.
• Observe students by walking or standing in assigned areas.
