Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Along with the Customer Events Coordinator serves as the library representative in Event Spaces during customer events.
• Assists in setting up and tearing down spaces for internal and external events.
• Works closely with Library departments organizing events to anticipate hospitality, AV, and logistical needs.
• Assists in maintaining the Library's Events Spaces.
