Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is seeking Part-Time Event Staff to support UNC Athletics and Duke University Athletics in the Raleigh/Durham area.

You'll work with supervisors to help parking operations, assist guests, monitor access, and ensure a safe, friendly environment at UNC, Duke, and other venues. Requirements include a high school diploma, being 18+, the ability to pass a background check, and strong customer service and communication skills.

(EPI) is a leading event staff provider in the Southeast. Servicing clients in the Sport and Entertainment industry since 2005, EPI provides quality parking, access control, bag checkers, ticket takers, ushers, guest services, premium attendants, stage/barricades, front of house and back of house event staff for numerous athletic events, concerts, and special events throughout the South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia region. The Part-Time Event Staff will primarily be responsible for working as part-time event staff for the parking operations at University of North Carolina and possibly Duke University. Individuals will work with EPI’s Event Supervisors and the Director of Operations to ensure the successful operation of events held around the UNC & Duke University’s campus. You will also have opportunities around the region such as event staff/ushers at Lenovo Center and festivals in Raleigh, Wake Forest University special events, and Winston-Salem Dash baseball games. **Primary Duties and Tasks:*** Ensure guests attending UNC, Duke University, Wake Forest, Lenovo Center, and other venues in the Raleigh/Durham area are having a safe and enjoyable experience.* Ensure guests are parking in appropriate areas.* Monitor access into reserved lots and locations, ensuring only access to approved individuals.* Follow guidelines to ensure all guests are being provided superior customer service.* Assist EPI’s operations in the Raleigh/Durham region and possible event opportunities in Winston-Salem/Greensboro, and Charlotte.* Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Event Supervisors.**Requirements:*** High School Diploma required.* Must be 18 years of age or older to work.* Must be able to pass a criminal background check.* Experience working on a part-time event staff.
