Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Be professional, articulate with good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry into venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and guide guests.
• Understands venue policies, procedures and regulations for different events.
• Greet guests warmly at entrances and thank them after interactions.
• Provide guests with directions or suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a friendly, professional presence and clear communication with guests.
