Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, neat appearance, and strong customer service. Background checks are required; be prepared to work varied hours across downtown Charlotte and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Employees must be neat and presentable at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Staff for parking, ticket taking, ushers, crowd management, hospitality suite services, field/court supervision, and more at events in the Charlotte, NC region.
• Support events including concerts, festivals, and sporting events in and around Charlotte.
