EPI is staffing events in the Charleston area, offering part-time, event-based roles across sports, concerts, festivals, and more. You will be on the front lines, delivering guest services, security screening, ushering, and crowd management to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must maintain a neat and presentable appearance.
• Must be able to stand and stay active for extended periods.
• Must provide excellent customer service in a variety of situations.
• Must be dependable and commit to assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with parking and traffic operations as needed.
• Perform ticket taking and guest entry responsibilities.
• Assist with security screening and access control.
• Serve as an usher or guest services representative.
• Support crowd management and hospitality services.
• Help with barricade operations and back-of-house event tasks.
• Contribute to smooth event operations across diverse venues.
