Job summary

Sayre Hospitality Group is seeking a Waters Edge Event Center Team Member to support event setup and post-event resets. This part-time role is driven by the event calendar and may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

You will set up tables, chairs, linens, and furnishings, reset spaces after events, and help maintain clean, organized spaces. The position pays $20 per hour for roughly 10 hours each week.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow floor plans, checklists, and leadership instructions.
• Able to stand, bend, lift and move tables and chairs safely.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Venue, event, cleaning, or setup experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, and furnishings per event plans.
• Reset rooms and public spaces after events.
• Clean and organize event, service, storage, and common areas.
• Move supplies safely and return items to designated locations.
• Identify maintenance, damage, inventory, or cleanliness concerns.
• Assist venue and catering teams with related setup or operational needs.
• Complete assigned checklists accurately and on schedule.
