Job summary

AEG in Carson, CA is seeking a Conversion Crew member to support the Operations department with event setups, conversions, and daily tasks. You will assist with coordinating activities and helping keep venues running smoothly during events.

The role requires physical tasks, availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a team. Prior hands-on experience in facilities or entertainment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years related work experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted and up to 75 lbs with a team.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Physically assist with event setups, conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist the Assistant Managers of Operations, Conversion Crew Leads and Event Managers with relevant event/operation information.
• Work with Supervisors to establish day to day tasks for department.
• Perform facility operational tasks on non-event days.
• Other operational responsibilities and duties as assigned.
