Job summary

AEG is seeking a Conversion Crew member in California to support the Operations department with event setups, conversions, and daily tasks. You will assist managers and supervisors, help plan day-to-day activities, and perform non-event facility duties.

The role requires basic safety knowledge, physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs with a partner, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Physically assist with event setups, conversions, and daily operational tasks.
• Assist managers with event/operation related information.
• Work with supervisors to establish day-to-day tasks for the department.
• Perform facility operational tasks on non-event days.
• Other operational duties as assigned.
