Job summary

Legends Global is hiring at Wildwoods Convention Center in Wildwood, NJ for an on-site housekeeping/venue attendant role. You will assist with general cleaning, set-up and break-down for meetings, exhibitions, and events, and help maintain a safe, first-class facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, can lift up to 50 lbs, work well in a team, and are detail-oriented. Bilingual English/Spanish is desired; valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong working knowledge of facility housekeeping standards and practices and set-up requirements for public assemblies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Assists with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Sets up and breaks down tables, chairs, risers, staging, barricades, pipe and drape, and other equipment for events.
• Assists with loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and event materials as needed.
• Performs room conversions and event changeovers per event specs and timelines.
• Assists with trash removal, recycling, floor maintenance, and general facility appearance before, during, and after events.
• Responds to operational requests from staff, clients, promoters, and guests professionally and promptly.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas, workspaces, docks, and operational areas.
• Operates equipment and tools safely following procedures and training.
• Identifies and reports maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management.
• Performs other duties to support facility and event success.
