Job summary

Art Craft Display, Inc. is seeking a part‑time Crew Member/Service Desk in Grand Rapids to manage the on-site service desk during expos and events. You will assist exhibitors with orders and payments, and help with general event setup and tear-downs.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, multi‑shift availability (days/nights/weekends), and a customer‑focused approach to ensure a positive experience at every event.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and memos.
• Experience with basic math and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the service desk at events and provide positive customer experience.
• Assist exhibitors with onsite orders and payment processing.
• Install and dismantle pipe, drape, tables, chairs, and related hardware as guided by client specs.
• Support event setup and teardown to meet strict deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and keep the service area organized.
