Job summary

One Stop Inc in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time receptionist for our showroom. The role is a job-share position; ideal candidate available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45am to 6:15pm.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, assist customers with product information, and process transactions while maintaining the showroom. Strong data entry and basic Excel skills are required, with a professional demeanor and teamwork mindset.

• Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and forward all incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, courteous, and welcoming way.
• Process transactions for customers and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
