Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Nashville is hiring part-time Event Security staff to support stadiums, arenas, and venues. You will check bags, enforce access control, and deliver outstanding guest service while ensuring safety at events.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with flexible evening and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, and can obtain a Tennessee Guard Card (training provided during the hiring process).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug/alcohol screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Verify entry, tickets, wristbands, and badges at venue entrances.
• Screen guests and check IDs for security purposes.
• Protect guests and venue assets by monitoring checkpoints.
• Respond to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand venue policies and regulations.
