Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control entry by verifying tickets/badges and directing venue traffic.
• Screen guests via bag searches, metal detector, or ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets by monitoring for security issues.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow policies and regulations for various venues and events.
• Provide a positive guest experience and helpful directions at entrances and concourses.
