Allied Universal Event Services in Las Vegas is seeking part-time Event Security personnel for major conventions, concerts and sporting events. The role emphasizes guest safety, access control, bag checks and friendly service.

Pay is $18-$20 per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling suitable for students or others seeking extra income. Responsibilities include screening, directing entry, verifying wristbands, responding to incidents, and upholding venue policies.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control access into each venue, verify tickets and badges, direct entry as needed.
• Screen guests during entry via bag checks or metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when warranted.
• Demonstrate understanding of venue policies, procedures and regulations.
• Provide a positive guest experience and helpful directions to enhance entertainment experience.
