Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event or parking operations.

• Knowledge of parking best practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and give clear direction.
• Legal ability to operate vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect garage and parking lots several times throughout the day.
• Work closely with parking manager during events to ensure safe traffic patterns.
• Assist manager with event day operations of garage, parking lots, and traffic flow.
• Serve as primary field contact to Parking Director and Manager.
• Assist Manager with enforcement of employee parking program.
• Ensure event day checklists are followed and completed.
• Oversee onsite lot supervisors during events.
• Directly relay the event-specific operational plan to all supervisors prior to starting their shift.
• Perform inventory management and report incidents as needed.
