You will engage customers, learn their window needs, and invite them to giveaways, while booking in-home consultations with our Sales team.

The role offers paid training, weekly pay, base hourly earnings, and uncapped bonus potential. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in a friendly, natural way.
• Ask questions and listen to homeowners’ needs about windows and doors.
• Invite interested homeowners to giveaways and learn more.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Schedule free in-home consultations with our Sales team.
• Set up and break down event displays (lifting up to 30 lbs).
