U.S. LawShield is seeking a Part-Time Event Coordinator to support the Sales Operations & Logistics team in Houston. The role centers on hosting regional events, ensuring flawless execution, and enabling the sales force to focus on closing deals.

You will manage end-to-end logistics, coordinate venues, permits, travel, and equipment, and provide on-site troubleshooting. The schedule is weekend-focused with 10–20 hours weekly, offering training and growth into full-time roles within a nationwide

Qualifications

• Proven event planning or operations experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and hosting abilities.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (AV setup, tablets, mobile checkout).
• Passion for firearms and self-defense education.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/evenings.
• Experience in sales support or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run and host events as on-site lead for sales events and gun shows.
• Coordinate venue bookings, permits, travel, equipment, and layouts.
• Provide sales staff with collateral and setup materials.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly to stay on schedule.
• Track attendance, expenses, and KPIs post-event.
• Represent the brand professionally at events.
