U.S. LawShield is seeking a Part-Time Event Coordinator to drive flawless regional events, gun shows, and community presentations. You will serve as the on-site operations lead, coordinating venues, permits, travel, and layouts while supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

Run and host events: act as on-site operational lead for sales events, gun shows and community presentations.
End-to-end logistics management: coordinate venue bookings, permits, travel logistics and layouts.
Sales team support: provide collateral, tech setup and enrollment materials to staff.
On-site troubleshooting: resolve issues quickly to keep events on schedule.
Post-event reporting: track attendance, inventory and expenses for leadership.
Brand representation: present U.S. LawShield professionally and enthusiastically.
